Instructions
If using plain Greek yogurt, stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.
In a medium bowl, gently mix the assorted berries together. If desired, drizzle them with honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
In serving glasses or bowls, start by layering ingredients: add a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
Next, add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt, followed by a layer of granola.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of sliced almonds over the granola layer.
Repeat the layering process until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of yogurt topped with berries and a sprinkle of granola and almonds for crunch.
Optional: Garnish each parfait with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving.
