Start by preparing your ingredients. If using fresh blueberries, rinse them under cool water. If using frozen blueberries, no need to thaw them.
In a blender, add the blueberries, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and well combined. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Once blended to your satisfaction, pour the smoothie into glasses.

Garnish with extra blueberries and a dusting of cinnamon for presentation.
