Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, ranch dressing, hot sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
During the last few minutes of baking, heat the additional buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and, while they're still hot, toss them in the warm buffalo sauce until well coated.
Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve with celery and carrot sticks, and extra ranch dressing for dipping.
