Ingredients
  

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Fresh berries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

In a food processor or blender, combine the ripe avocados, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.

    Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

      Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup or honey.

        Once well blended, transfer the mousse into serving bowls or cups.

          Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set and enhance the flavors.

            Before serving, top each mousse with dark chocolate shavings and fresh berries if desired.
