1
cup
white chocolate chips
0.5
cup
candy-coated chocolates (like M&Ms)
0.25
cup
crushed nuts (almonds or pecans)
pinch
Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the mini pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake the pretzels for about 5 minutes to slightly warm them and enhance crunchiness. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzels on the baking sheet, using a spatula to ensure they're evenly covered.
In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips the same way, until smooth.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the chocolate-covered pretzels, creating a marbled effect by swirling with a toothpick or the end of a spoon.
Sprinkle the candy-coated chocolates and crushed nuts over the top, pressing them gently into the melted chocolate so they adhere.
Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt for that sweet and salty contrast.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set completely. Once set, break the bark into pieces.
Notes
Serve the bark on a decorative platter and consider packaging it in clear cellophane bags tied with a ribbon for a perfect treat gift!
