Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Add in the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently with a spatula until just combined.
Fold in the cranberries, white chocolate chips, and chopped pecans (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cool, cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
Notes
Optional pecans can be added for extra crunch.
