Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Use a hand mixer or fork to blend them until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well until fully incorporated.
Add the drained corn, chopped jalapeños, and green onions into the mixture.
Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well mixed.
Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Before serving, give it a good stir and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips for dipping.
