Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Stir in the cooked spinach and garlic mixture into the cheese blend.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with crackers, baguette, or vegetables. Garnish with extra Parmesan and spinach leaves.
