In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and honey. Mix until the chicken is well-coated in the yogurt.
Add in the finely chopped celery, halved grapes, chopped walnuts, and red onion. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Sprinkle the fresh dill over the mixture and drizzle the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve on a bed of fresh greens and garnish with extra dill and whole grapes.
