mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

honey

granola (choose your favorite)

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and creamy.
In another bowl, gently toss the mixed berries with half of the honey to enhance their sweetness. Set aside.
To assemble the parfaits, take clear glasses or dessert cups. Start by layering with a generous spoonful of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of the honey-infused berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries for crunch.
Repeat the layering process until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of berries on top.
Drizzle the remaining honey over the top layer for extra sweetness.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
Notes
Serve the parfaits in clear glasses to showcase the beautiful layers. Add a sprig of mint on top of each parfait for an elegant touch.
