3clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonfresh ginger, grated
1tablespoonsesame oil
2green onionschopped (for garnish)
nonesesame seeds (for garnish)
nonesalt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to form the marinade.
Add the salmon bites to the marinade and gently toss until each piece is well coated. Let the salmon marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the marinated salmon bites to the skillet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
For an extra touch, drizzle any remaining marinade over the salmon bites during the last minute of cooking to glaze them.
Remove from heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Serve immediately while warm, perhaps with a side of steamed veggies or rice for a complete meal.
