Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the teriyaki sauce.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken evenly with the sauce.
Allow the sauce to simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry while continuously stirring, allowing the sauce to thicken for about another minute.
Once thickened, remove the skillet from heat.
Serve the honey teriyaki chicken bites over cooked rice or quinoa.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
