In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with red pepper flakes, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they start turning pink.
Flip the shrimp and add the butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and opaque.
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle fresh parsley over the shrimp. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
