pure maple syrup

balsamic vinegar

garlic powder

chopped walnuts (optional)

chopped fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are caramelized and tender.
If using, sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the sprouts in the last 5 minutes of roasting to toast them lightly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
Notes
Optional walnuts and thyme add extra flavor and texture.
