Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup Nutella

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup chocolate shavings or hazelnuts for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated and resemble wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Use the back of a measuring cup or your fingers to compact it well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and continue mixing until fully combined and fluffy.

In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Pour the creamy Nutella cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to allow it to set completely.

Once set, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan.

Garnish the top with chocolate shavings or hazelnuts for an extra touch of decadence.
