Instructions
Begin by cooking the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil, stir-frying for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Toss in the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and zucchini; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
Incorporate the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until they are vibrant green but still crisp.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together gently.
Pour in the soy sauce and sriracha, mixing well to combine all flavors. Add sesame oil and continue stirring for another minute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the sriracha if you prefer it spicier.
Remove from heat and mix in the chopped green onions.
Serve immediately, garnishing with sesame seeds on top.
Notes
Serve in a large bowl and drizzle with sesame oil for extra flavor.
