Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, gently tossing to coat.
Remove from heat, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
