Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, sweet chili sauce, egg, salt, and pepper.
Use your hands to gently mix all the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and drizzle additional sweet chili sauce over them if desired.
